Core
Values
At Rampart, we
strive to honor God by being good stewards of the many blessings
that He has bestowed upon us. Among
these blessings are
our leaders, our employees, and our relationships with our clients.
We maintain a
simple philosophy
of selfless service to each other, and to our
clients.
Perfection can sometimes become an enemy, and we are mindful that
all of us fall short of the expectations of others
from time to time.
Furthermore, we know that relationship development is always more
important than any problem or
conflict that may
arise in the course of a project. Because of this, we hold forth our
morals, ethics, integrity, and
accountability as
being the rocks upon which our companys foundation is built.
