General Contracting
When selected as the General Contractor for a construction project, Rampart Construction Company usually joins the project team at the conclusion of the design phase.

We can perform general contracting assignments on either a negotiated contract or bid basis.

Construction Manager At-Risk
Rampart provides at-risk contracting services. We provide the client with a Guaranteed Maximum Price and once the price is approved, the project moves into the construction phase. Utilizing this method of project delivery enables us to provide clients valuable time savings and cost controls suited to certain projects. We offer this because we are confident in our ability to meet project commitments. We provide clients with responsive leadership and consistency of management throughout each project’s duration, working in partnership with owners, architects, subcontractors and engineers in delivering successful projects.

Competitive Bid
This is the traditional and widely-used method of construction. Rampart and other contractors submit competitive bids based on complete construction drawings, providing a lump sum price to build the project. We consistently provide competitive pricing by utilizing third party subcontractors for all trades.
