Responsible for managing the operations of the company by implementing policies, procedures, and organizational structure according to company goals.
Develop, implement, and communicate the company business plan.
Oversee all company activities including procurement, operations, and personnel administration.
Initiate and maintain client and A/E contacts to facilitate positive relationships and communication.
Credentials:
Over 22 years experience in commercial and multifamily construction industry. Most recently, as Senior Vice President, overseeing construction operations for JPI Construction over the last 11 years, building over 40 projects, in a 38-state area, valued over $800 million.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northeast Louisiana University
