•   Responsible for managing the operations of the company by implementing policies, procedures, and organizational structure according to company goals.
•   Develop, implement, and communicate the company business plan.
•   Oversee all company activities including procurement, operations, and personnel administration.
•   Initiate and maintain client and A/E contacts to facilitate positive relationships and communication.

Credentials:
Over 22 years experience in commercial and multifamily construction industry.  Most recently, as Senior Vice President, overseeing construction operations for JPI Construction over the last 11 years, building over 40 projects, in a 38-state area, valued over $800 million.

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northeast Louisiana University

Clay Thompson

Roles & Responsibilities:
•   Manage day-to-day operations of the company by implementing policies, procedures, and organizational structure.
•   Work with team coordinating pre-construction services.
•   Services include: document review for constructability, market analysis, qualification process for subcontractors and vendors, value engineering, and estimating of projects from schematic design through final construction documents.
•   Prepare pre-construction documentation and communications for owner, architect, subcontractors, and construction staff to ensure success for all parties.

Credentials:
Over 20 years experience in commercial and multifamily construction industry.  Most recently, overseeing construction operations for JPI Construction in the Southwest Region over the last 10 years, building over 30 projects valued over $600 million.

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northeast Louisiana University

Gene Taylor

Roles & Responsibilities:
•   Manage day-to-day operations of the Austin office.
•   Provide staff direction and guidance to the project management team and field operations.
•   Oversee project supervision effort to ensure that appropriate staffing, budget control, and committed schedules are met, with strict adherence to safety and quality control.
•   Establish budgets, contract negotiation, monitor on site progress and quality control.
•   Keep lines of communication open by maintaining positive relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.

Credentials:
Over 19 years experience in multi-family construction industry.  Responsible for overseeing 19 projects, combined with taking projects from initial design process through permit procurement.

Education:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering from University of Southeast Louisiana

Roles & Responsibilities:
•   Project Management for multi-family and mixed use projects.
•   Pre-construction services, including design/coordination meetings.
•   Establish budgets, contract negotiation, monitor on site progress and quality control.
•   Liaison between Owners, Architects, and Engineers.

Credentials:
Over 10 years experience in multi-family construction.  Responsible for overseeing multiple projects.  Most recently as Project Manager for Gables Construction for the past 2 years and, prior to that, with JPI Construction building over 10 projects valued at over $190 million.

Texas A&M University - Bachelor of Science in Construction Science

•   Establish budgets, contract negotiation, monitor on site progress and quality control.

Over 17 years experience in multi-family construction industry.  Responsible for overseeing 19 projects.  Most recently, as Vice President for Trammell Crow Residential over the last four years, building 1,700 units valued over $96 million.

Southwest Texas State University and University of Texas at Austin - Major: Business Management

Roles & Responsibilities:
•   Project Management for multi-family and mixed use projects.
•   Pre-construction services, including design/coordination meetings.
•   Establish budgets, contract negotiation, monitor on site progress and quality control.
•   Liaison between Owners, Architects, and Engineers.

Credentials:
Over 24 years experience in multi-family construction industry.  Responsible for overseeing 23 projects.  Most recently, as Senior Project Manager and Austin Office Manager for Northwest Construction Co., Inc. over the last five years, building 1,600 units valued over $90 million.

Education:
University of St. Thomas and University of Houston - Major: Architecture
