Description:
This 120-unit garden style apartment development is located in The Woodlands on 6 acres of heavily
wooded property. There will be five 3-story apartment buildings clad with brick masonry veneer, hardiplank siding
and aluminum-framed energy efficient windows and sliding glass doors. The roofs will be clad with dimensional
