Waterstone - Lago Vista, Texas

Description:
The Waterstone project consists of seven, 3-story wood framed condominium buildings on scenic Lake Travis.  Each building has exposed structural steel archictural features and storefronts facing the lake.  An amenity center / pool area is located in the center of this project.  All buildings are constructed on retaining walls ranging from 4 feet to 15 feet in height to bring the project out of the 100-year flood plain.  The building exteriors are comproised of stucco, real stone and angelim pedra, a Brazilian Hardwood.
