  Preconstruction

     At Rampart, we believe in capitalizing on our employees’ vast combined expertise by offering it to our clients

     as early in a project’s life as possible. Rampart’s preconstruction processes help to produce a finished

     product that meets our clients’ needs while reducing construction time, generating cost savings, and

     minimizing the impact of changes. We value and encourage a team approach, from the earliest planning

     stages throughout construction, to ensure that each client’s needs and expectations shape the project

     schedule, the design, and the delivery. We work in close cooperation with our clients and their design teams

  General Contracting

     When selected to be the General Contractor for a construction project, Rampart Construction Company

    Competitive Bid

     Rampart enters into competition with other contractors by submitting realistic, competitive bids based on construction

     drawings and specifications, and then providing a lump sum price to build the project. We consistently

     provide competitive pricing by utilizing third party subcontractors for all trades.

  Safety Program

     Rampart Construction has an extensive safety program that has a proven record of success. The program includes:

     • 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA certifications mandated for all employees
     • Regularly updated Safety Manuals
     • Employee incentives for fostering a safety conscious environment
     • 3rd party safety consultant, Safety First, Inc. (SFI), who inspects projects on a bi-monthly basis and works with on-site staff to
